Yes — it's a real DID assigned to your account through our upstream carrier. It can receive SMS and voice calls just like a phone-store number. You own it for as long as you keep the rental active.
Only on numbers where you turn AI Agent on. The agent uses OpenAI's Realtime API to converse with the caller; we store the recording and transcript so you can audit what was said, and you can delete either at any time from the app.
No. Call AI App is fully prepaid via your wallet. Each number is its own one-time rental (monthly or yearly), and usage is billed against your wallet balance. Nothing auto-renews unless you tell it to.
Yes. You can forward unconditionally, only when the AI agent doesn't pick up, or based on time-of-day rules. Set "follow-me" to ring multiple devices in sequence.
